October 11, 2005— United Rentals, Inc., Greenwich, Conn., opened its newest branch recently in Woodland, Calif., west of Sacramento. The two-and-a-half-acre facility will provide customers with equipment rentals, new and used equipment sales, repair and maintenance services, and contractor supplies.
"The suburbs of greater Sacramento are enjoying rapid growth, particularly to the north and west of the city," said Art Ross, branch manager for United Rentals. "Many of our customers are participating in that growth. Our new Woodland branch is ideally located to service their needs."
