TPC Wire & Cable Sold to Audax Group

May 21, 2015 - TPC Wire & Cable Corp., Macedonia, Ohio, has been sold by Chicago-based private equity group, Pfingsten Partners to Audax Group of Boston. TPC Wire & Cable is a producer of high-performance, high-quality wire, cable, and connectors used in harsh industrial applications.
