June 10, 2023 - Doran Manufacturing has launched its Doran 360 tire monitoring system to help drivers get maximum tire life and avoid emergency roadside replacement.
Sensors on tires’ valve stems send tire pressure and temperature data to the in-cab monitor, giving drivers real-time information and alerts.
Doran’s patented Green Means Good indicator tells drivers at a glance if any tire has an issue.
Also, the Doran 360’s visual and audible alerts warn the driver about low pressure, rapid deflation, and high tire temperatures.
Options can send fleet managers equipment maintenance teams real-time tire alerts, as well. Monitoring and continually reporting tire pressures and temperatures allows fleets to schedule repairs and corrections in order to reduce tire related maintenance costs, extend tread life, protect casings, and minimize catastrophic tire failures.
Maintaining proper tire inflation pressure maximizes the performance of the tire, leading to reduced downtime while improving safety and efficiency.
Designed to handle extreme environments, Doran tire monitoring systems account for heat and vibration.
They are ideal for owner-operators and fleets of all types and sizes, including mobile cranes, truck/trailer, ready-mix/concrete, dump/construction, delivery, waste and recycling, haz-mat, auto hauling, first responder, people transportation, and bulk material handling.
Doran Manufacturing develops technology that keeps its customers’ equipment in service while improving safety and reducing costs.
