Tire Blow-Out Manatee, Fla.

May 2016 - A crane operator was killed when a tire apparently blew out on the crane he was driving and the machine flipped over on a stretch of interstate highway. The man died at the scene after being trapped beneath the rig. The overturned crane blocked southbound lanes of the interstate before a wrecker truck was brought in to remove it from the ditch where it landed.
