Tadano America Expands Sales Force, Adds Departments

March 9, 2005 — In an effort to strengthen its presence in North America, Tadano America Corp., Houston, Texas, has added to its sales force, created a used crane department, and reorganized its customer service division.

 

The addition of two new sales territories for rough-terrain, all-terrain, and truck cranes will be managed by Harry Lawrence in the eastern region and Craig Warren in the southwestern region. Both managers report to Ron Dogotch, vice president and general manager. Additionally, Hidetoshi Iga announces the addition of Bryan Dammann as boom truck sales manager. Hired to manage the newly created used crane department is Denis Roberts.

 

The company has also streamlined its service and parts departments by combining them into a single Customer Support Division, which is jointly managed by Takahiro Ikeda and Trevor Clark. Integrated into this division is a new technical instructor, Steve Zatezalo, who will be responsible for crane operation and service training.
