Struck by Load Sioux Falls, S.D.

June 2016 – A worker was left dangling, with an apparent leg injury, after he was struck by a steel beam at the construction site of a healthcare facility.  Guiding the beam into place when it broke loose from a crane, he was helped to the ground by co-workers, and transported to a local hospital.
