September 30, 2005 — Earlier last week, we reported that the SC&RA Crane and Rigging Workshop, scheduled for Sept. 22-24 in Houston, had been canceled due to Hurricane Rita. Since that time, the organization has announced it plans to reschedule the event for Nov. 10-12. While finalizing details, SC&RA is calling for all previously scheduled attendees to confirm whether or not they will be able to attend the workshop on the new dates.
