Scott Powerline Adds Effer Cranes to Product Offering

February 24, 2006 — Scott Powerline & Utility Equipment, Monroe, La., announced its is adding Effer articulating cranes to its product offering. Scott Powerline will be responsible for sales, marketing, and support for Effer products in Arkansas, East Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. Additionally, Scott Powerline will also have dealer responsibilities in Alabama, Georgia, and Northern Florida with exception of investor-owned utilities.

 

Manufactured in Italy and distributed in the United States by North American Lifting Equipment in Ohio, Effer cranes offers a full line of articulating crane models with capacities ranging from 15 feet of outreach to 159 feet of maximum outreach. Attachments are available to meet different and specialty applications. Potential users for articulating cranes include electric utility contractors, electric and gas distributors, oilfield contractors and producers, poured wall contractors, concrete pre-cast suppliers and manufacturers, and general contractors.

 

Scott will take delivery of its first Effer unit this spring. The model 550 6S+4S will be available for demonstrations to Scott Powerline customers and potential customers.
