RSC Sells Fall-Protection Kit at Reduced Price

July 7, 2004 - Rental Service Corp., Scottsdale, Ariz., will now offer a harness and lanyard safety kit for use with aerial work platforms. Through an agreement with Elk River Inc., the kit will be made available at rental stores nationwide for $69.99, which is $30 less than the manufacturer's suggested retail price.

The kit includes a size-adjustable harness (S to XL) with an attached shock-absorbing lanyard, and is housed in a small equipment bag. According to Steve Fajardo, retail manager for RSC, most customers will purchase the kit along with rentalof lift equipment. However, the kits are available for sale individually.
