December 2, 2005 — RSC Equipment Rental, Scottsdale, Ariz., recently filled two new regional vice president positions. at Lakes Region, which includes Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Western Ohio, and most of Kentucky and Tennessee.

“Both Brent and Jon bring a tremendous amount of industry knowledge, management expertise, and proven success to their new positions,” said Tom Zorn, president and CEO of RSC Equipment Rental. “They are in very important regions and will play key roles in helping us achieve our vision of becoming and remaining First in Mind • First in Choice™. We are fortunate to have them on our team.”

For the past three years, Kuchynka has led RSC's operations in Canada and successfully shifted the region's focus to emphasize large industrial accounts in order to offset the significant winter downturn in the construction industry. Kuchynka joined RSC as part of the company's acquisition of Arizona-based Valley Rentals in 1996 and has held a range of positions before assuming his position in Canada in 2002.

Wacker has been with RSC since 1996 and has held a range of positions, including general manager, area manager, district sales manager, and district operations manager. Prior to joining RSC, he owned and operated an equipment rental and sales business.
