Rental Revenues on the Up, According to ARA Survey

June 16, 2004 - A recent survey conducted by RentalPulse for the American Rental Association shows that revenues are increasing across much of the United States .

Approximately 84 percent of the 375 rental operators surveyed report either higher or unchanged revenues this year when compared with last year at this time. Sixteen percent report lower revenues. Just over half (53 percent) of the respondents have raised rental rates, and 88 percent have purchased new equipment this year.


"These findings parallel the trends in the industry seen first in 2004 during ARA's The Rental Show in Atlanta in February," said ARA Executive Vice President and CEO Christine Wehrman. "The rental industry is experiencing steady growth."
