Federal officials have seized a Chinese ship after it damaged a crane at APM Terminals in Portsmouth. The ship was delivering two new cranes and was pulling away when another crane aboard the vessel clipped a crane on the dock, causing it to fall off its tracks. The company that owns the ship is being sued for $14.65 million in damages.
