OZ Lifting has relaunched its popular Tele-Pro davit crane, now available in 500-pound, 1,200-pound and 2,500-pound capacities.
The new models feature five key upgrades aimed at improving user experience and safety, including smoother boom operation under-load, enhanced maneuverability, clearer capacity limits, an industrial high-visibility powder coat and simplified maintenance.
Engineers have introduced smoother telescoping boom operation under-load, thanks to advanced technology and testing.
A newly added handle allows for easier 360 degrees load rotation, giving users more control. The cranes also feature a new dual-rating system with imperial and metric capacities, ensuring clearer, global accessibility. A high-visibility yellow powder coat enhances visibility and corrosion resistance, making the cranes more durable and easier to spot in low-light conditions.
“These improvements were driven by a combination of customer feedback and our engineers' dedication to staying current with technological advancements, Richard Miller, sales manager at OZ Lifting, said.
“In other words, feedback inspired these improvements, which were implemented through our engineers' innovative use of new technology. We are always reevaluating and improving our products, but this is the most comprehensive relaunch we have completed to date.”
“Enhancements of our products for low-light conditions is a good example of that combined innovation. Underground locations, such as tunnels or mines, industrial warehouses, and factories with limited lighting, all provide operational challenges, as do some construction sites, shipyards and / or utility plants,” Miller, said.
The relaunch began with the 2,500-pound model, with smaller capacities will be coming soon.
Existing users can continue using their current models, as the improvements do not require any replacements.
