North American Crane & Rigging Buys Two Potain Tower Cranes

March 29, 2017 - North American Crane & Rigging, Providence, R.I., purchased two Potain MDT 389 tower cranes from Shawmut Equipment. It celebrated the announcement in Manitowoc's booth at ConExpo.

The MDT 389 is from Potain’s new line of CCS tower cranes, which feature the Manitowoc's Crane Control System (CCS). The operating system offers owners comfort, flexibility and ergonomic control, translating to better return on investment. The MDT CCS Topless concept enables complex multi-crane installations, and the assembly, erection, transport and maintenance phases are shorter than previous generations of tower cranes.
