New United Rentals Branch Now Open in Pennsylvania

June 27, 2005 — United Rentals, headquartered in Greenwich, Conn., opened its newest branch in Oakdale, Pa., today. The two-acre facility, located at 2901 Montour Church Road, will provide customers in the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan area with equipment rentals, new equipment sales, repair and maintenance services, and a comprehensive line of contractor supplies.

 

"There is a great deal of infrastructure expansion planned for the Pittsburgh area, and a residential construction boom is in progress," said Ed Heinz, branch manager for United Rentals. "We have already begun to service that growth."
