March 9, 2006 — Since 1996, Buena Park, Calif.-based M&M Lifts has made a name for itself in the aerial lift industry as an equipment dealer and service depot. Ten years after its start, M&M Lifts is growing its business by becoming the authorized dealer and service depot for Dur-A-Lift and USA-Lift in California, Northern Arizona, Oregon, and Mexico. M&M Lifts now offers light to heavy duty truck-, trailer-, and van-mounted aerial lifts with platform heights ranging from 29 to 80 feet.

More than 700 Dur-A-Lift and USA-Lift users are currently in the region, operating aerial lifts for installation, construction, and repair applications, as well as tree-trimming, window washing, lighting, and material-handling jobs. M&M Lifts' customers include Boeing Corp., Arco, Southern California Edison, and the City of Los Angeles. Pre-sales and after-sales service is an important part of what the company provides to its customers, and it offers machine demos, customer training, spare parts sales, and in- and out-of-warranty service at the customers' location or in-house.

M&M Lifts provides custom work for clients with specific needs.
When purchasing a machine from Byron Busbee, national account executive, customers have the option of buying the entire machine, including the vehicle, or the aerial lift can be installed on a customer-provided vehicle. Additionally, M&M Lifts customizes equipment to meet its customers' needs, which includes retrofitting original equipment to customer specifications prior to delivery, as well as retrofitting equipment already in service to meet any new and expanded requirement. Jeremy Jenkins supervises the shop during aerial lift installation and customization.

Although M&M Lifts has been providing Dur-A-Lift and USA-Lift products for a short time, Marcelo Toselli, president and owner, said he has plans for the company's future • including dramatically increasing its market share in the upcoming years. “I look to expand my sales of Dur-A-Lift and USA-Lift products, provide continued outstanding service, and find new products to sell that are a good fit for Dur-A-Lift and USA-Lift customers,” he said.
