Michael Falck Schmidt Resigns from Worldlift Industries

January 5, 2006 — In a company statement, Worldlift Industries, parent company of Denka Lift and Reachmaster, announced that Michael Falck Schmidt resigned from his position as managing director on Dec. 31, 2005. The resignation was reportedly a mutual agreement and understanding. Ernest Fuller has been appointed the new managing director of the company, which became effective January 1, 2006.
