Maxim Crane Works has completed the acquisition of tower crane assets from a wholly owned subsidiary of Sims Crane & Equipment Co.
The acquisition supports Maxim’s ongoing strategy to refresh its fleet, expand product offerings and strengthen its presence in the tower crane market.
