Maxim Crane Works has announced the appointment of John Peterson as vice president of transformation. Reporting directly to CEO Paul McDonnell, Peterson will lead the company’s strategic initiatives to drive business transformation, collaborating with operations, sales and leadership teams to boost efficiency, growth and innovation.
Peterson, who brings over 15 years of experience in strategy and transformation, previously served as Managing Director of Strategy and Transformation at Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
