Manitowoc Unveils New CraneCREDIT Website

October 7, 2005 — Manitowoc Crane Group (MCG) recently launched a new website (www.cranecredit.com) for its CraneCREDIT financial services products. The new site is now available for customers in the United States, while plans for Asia/Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regional sites are under development. The site offers one-stop shopping for customers looking to finance MCG products.

 

A breakdown of all of the different types of finance offered by CraneCREDIT is outlined on the website, along with a list of equipment provided. CraneCREDIT will finance any new or used Manitowoc, Grove, Potain, or National product. Credit requests can be made by downloading, printing, and completing an application form, before sending it by fax to CraneCREDIT. For purchases under $150,000, approval takes minutes once a credit check is completed. Approval turnaround can be longer for larger or multiple purchases, but customers are kept informed throughout the process.

 

For those uncertain which CraneCREDIT finance program is the most suitable, the “Free Quote” option is useful. Customers simply complete contact detail boxes, submit their information, and a CraneCREDIT representative will make contact with them to discuss available options.
