Manitou's MVT 665T features new upgrades.
December 29, 2005 • Manitou, Waco, Texas, recently announced enhancements to its MVT 665T. Designed for handling heavy loads, the MVT 665T has been upgraded with a tier 2 Perkins 1104C-44 Turbo engine, producing 101 hp.

Available in two- and four-wheel drive, the machine also benefits from a two-speed hydrostatic transmission, which gives great flexibility and enables precise movements. The drawbar pull has been increased to 22,700 lbf. at low speed.

As far as applications go, the MVT is adaptable. It could be used in a sawmill as a loader (with bucket), as a masted truck (to supply a cutting line), or to pull trailers. The MVT 665T has many different uses in the building sector and is ideal for handling concrete blocks, septic tanks, pipes, metal frameworks, and picking up rubble. In the factory, it can pick up waste (glass, metal, wood etc) and handle timber, boats, tires, machine tools, jacks, rocks, and containers.
