Manitex Announces Latest Addition to Uptime Customer Support Program
December 7, 2005 —- Since early November, Manitex dealers have had access to a new online parts search and order system. Manitex is offering this new addition to its UPTime Customer Service Program to give dealers the ability to view current parts pricing as well as place parts orders directly from the parts pages of its online catalog. Any computer equipped with Microsoft's Internet Explorer and access to the Internet can be used to access this new system.
After secure login, users can also check the status of all orders placed online. This section is maintained once daily and will provide near real-time information regarding order status. In addition, when checking order status, users have the ability to view all online parts orders on file that are related to a specific dealer store.
