Kito Crosby has announced an agreement to acquire eepos GmbH and its subsidiaries. The deal, expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, will integrate eepos’s renowned aluminum crane systems into Kito Crosby’s extensive portfolio.
Established in 2006 in Wiehl, Germany, eepos specializes in modular, lightweight crane systems that enhance workplace ergonomics and safety. With a global footprint including operations in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil and several other countries, eepos is recognized for its innovative and flexible lifting solutions.
The acquisition will expand Kito Crosby’s offerings, which already include the Kito, Harrington and Erikkila brands. This move bolsters Kito Crosby’s presence in the manufacturing sector and strengthens its commitment to ergonomic, safe working environments.
