JCB Recognized by OSHA with SHARP Award

According to John J. Deifer, OSHA area director in
SHARP was created by OSHA to provide incentives and support to those employers that implement and continuously improve effective safety and health management systems at their worksites. The program was designed to help reduce overall workplace injuries and illnesses by encouraging employers to correct safety hazards; to develop, implement and improve effective
safety and health programs; and to become more self-motivated and self-regulating in the management of occupational safety and health.
