Hiab, a part of Cargotec, has unveiled the HIAB iQ.708 HIPRO, the latest addition to its next-generation heavy loader cranes. This model boasts enhanced lifting capacity and optimized design, promoting increased safety and payload versatility for various truck installations.
The HIAB iQ.708 HIPRO boasts an advanced SPACEevo control system that improves productivity and operational safety for both experienced and novice operators. With a maximum vertical reach of 131 feet and an “up and over” capability of 85 feet, it is designed for flexibility and performance.
Key innovations include the synchronized distance control function, which maintains load distance automatically, and the load stability system for vertical movements, which enhances safety during operations. The variable stability logic plus optimizes lifting capacity by actively monitoring stabilizer leg positions.
Ordering will commence in Q4 2024, with Hiab offering HiPerform smart solutions, including telematics and maintenance services, to maximize equipment longevity and performance.
