Helac Appoints Product Manager

Chris Folk
In this newly created position, Folk will be responsible for new product development and managing customer projects for both product divisions. He brings more than 25 years of product management, application engineering, customer service and business management experience to Helac with success in managing, developing and positioning products that have boosted profitability and established market domination.

Equally important, Chris will work directly with our customers on their individual projects to ensure Helac provides the optimum solution for their applications.”
As product manager, Folk will assume the leading role in improvement of existing products, spearhead all stages of new product development, and serve as a liaison between customers and the Helac engineering team.
Prior to joining Helac, Folk worked for more than 20 years at Tally Printer Corp., an International manufacturer of industrial printers, where he successfully developed and launched a product family that increased profitability by 10 percent. He also garnered significant experience working directly with customers in various capacities, including application engineering, product management, customer service and technical support.
