CANopen 509 linus 4 radio-remote control system permits simultaneous control of four proportional functions.

November 16, 2005 — For true one-handed operation, HBC-radiomatic, Cincinnatiintroduced the CANopen 509 linus 4 radio-remote control system at ICUEE.

The radio system permits simultaneous control of four proportional functions, making the system ideal for smaller mobile hydraulic applications.

The CANopen 509 remote can control up to six analog commands (each two times via pulse width modulation, voltage, and 0 to 20 mA current) or eight digital commands (each two times via relays, six times via high side-switches).

Other features of the CANopen 509 linus 4 radio-remote control include precise operation of all analog outputs through 10-bit converters; emergency-stop circuit via wear-free powerful high side-switches; electronic short-circuit protection; individual connection options through screwed cable glands; 10- to 30-volt DC power supply; and NiMH exchangeable battery with approximately 16 hours of operating time.
