Reporting to Sales Manager Segundo Fernandez, Métairie's main focus will be developing a range of services for the company's subsidiaries and networks located on five continents. This will include managing the spare parts service, which sends original manufactured parts to any delivery location in the world within 24 hours • from wearing parts and industrial clothing to consumables such as lubricating oil.
Emphasizing training customers' staffs, this full-service customer service approach will offer a range of training periods appropriate to the repair and maintenance of Haulotte equipment and preliminary teaching for driving authorization plus telephone technical support.
“This attitude of listening to the customer is a therefore win-win”, Métairie says. “By strictly respecting our commitments our professional image is reinforced and being able to analyse requests enables us to continue to extend our range to the slightest needs of the customer.”
