First Half Numbers Show Significant Increase For Pinguely-Haulotte

October 5, 2005 — Pinguely-Haulotte, L'Horme, France, parent company of Haulotte U.S., recently closed first-half accounts for 2005 and reported a 56 percent rise in sales from 2004. According to the company, this is due to “strong cost controls fueled by a constant driver for higher productivity coupled with a relative calm in the evolution of raw materials prices.” Haulotte is forecasting net profits of $35.75 million (€30 million) for the full year 2005 and is projecting up to a 40 percent rise in net sales for fiscal year 2005.

In addition to its monetary growth, Haulotte plans to open subsidiaries in Russia, China, Mexico and Poland in the months ahead to grow in these emerging markets.

Helping to sustain continued growth, Pinguely-Haulotte introduced six new models at APEX, which was held Sept. 22-24 in Maastricht, The Netherlands. Look in future issues of Lift and Access 360 for coverage of these machines.
