Dropped Load - New York City

July 2015 – Subway service was delayed after a crane lifting construction material to a building rooftop spilled its load onto the subway tracks and caused a small fire. A train was entering the subway station when the accident occurred, but was able to stop just feet shy of the falling debris, according to witnesses.
