Doleco's Charlotte operations have expanded with the inauguration of a cutting-edge manufacturing, warehousing and distribution hub. Situated strategically in Charlotte, North Carolina, this facility not only houses manufacturing and product testing but also introduces bespoke production services for an array of cargo securement equipment including straps, slings, tie-downs, decking beams,and textile chains.

Facilitated by Vestian, Doleco acquired a 33,000-square-foot facility strategically located near major transportation hubs, facilitating streamlined access to raw materials and expedited delivery to U.S. markets. Equipped with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, the facility focuses on custom production alongside the fulfillment of traditional orders, showcasing Doleco's renowned products including straps, slings, tie-downs, and innovative DoNova Textile Chains.
The facility's advanced sewing operation is geared toward producing specialized textile cargo securement products tailored to individual customer specifications. Moreover, Doleco's capability to customize its revolutionary DoNova Textile Chains, made from high-performance Dyneema fiber, highlights its commitment to technological innovation and bespoke solutions.
A central feature of the facility is its massive 224,000-pound-capacity horizontal tensile testing machine, facilitating rigorous testing and certification of products to ensure compliance with required working load limits (WLL) and stringent safety standards.
In addition to enhancing its operational capabilities, Doleco's expansion also contributes to job creation, with plans to employ up to 30 skilled workers within the next five years, thereby positively impacting the local economy.
