DICA has appointed Matt Sargent as chief financial officer and integrator and John “Pinky” Jansen as director of marketing.
The leadership changes aim to support the company’s ongoing growth and expansion in engineered outrigger pads, crane pads and ground protection products.

Sargent brings extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and business integration.
He has previously served as chief financial officer for multiple companies, overseeing financial operations, mergers and acquisitions. His expertise in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management will support DICA's growth initiatives.

Jansen joins DICA with a background in branding, omnichannel marketing and strategic growth initiatives.
He previously worked in the crane and rigging industry at Industrial Training International, where he contributed to brand growth and market expansion. His marketing expertise is expected to enhance DICA's customer engagement and brand recognition.
“Pinky’s broad industry insight and innovative mindset to marketing will be essential in improving the user experience and expanding our brand. His expertise in modern marketing strategies will strengthen our connection with customers in new and meaningful ways, ensuring DICA remains a trusted leader in engineered ground support solutions,” Koberg said.
