A crane was left hanging over the edge of a dam after it tipped over, spilling 5-10 gallons of fluid and lubricant into a reservoir. No one was hurt in the accident. The Army Corps of Engineers was investigating why the crane, still off its wheels and hanging over the dam days later, overturned.
