Mazzella, one of the largest independently-owned companies in the overhead lifting and rigging industries, announces the promotion of Dan Carmichael to Vice President of Service. This appointment is a testament to Carmichael's extensive 23-year career in overhead lifting and rigging, marked by notable roles at Hoist & Crane / Garrison, Industrial Wire Rope, CMCO, and as Vice President of Sales at Ace Industries, Inc., prior to joining Mazzella in 2019.
In his previous role as Regional Sales Manager, Carmichael has played a pivotal role in Mazzella’s Lifting Business over the past four years. As the new Vice President of Service, he will spearhead operations and strategy for Mazzella’s crane service and hoist parts businesses. Reporting directly to Matt Mazzella, President of Mazzella, Carmichael will also join Mazzella’s Lifting Leadership Team.
