Crane Overturns American Fork, Utah

January 2016 – A construction crew member was crushed to death when a Manitowoc truck crane, handling a concrete wall panel, overturned taking its load and another standing panel down with it at an active construction site. It took several hours for workers to recover the body of the crew member, who was working on the ground near the concrete panels. The rig was maneuvering a concrete wall panel when the crane lost control of it. A panel apparently fell on top of the worker. OSHA is investigating. – good4utah.com
