Crane Accident: Whitby, Ontario

February 2012–A crane operator died instantly when the lattice boom of a crawler crane he was helping dismantle fell and crushed him. Two other workers helping dismantle the crane were unhurt. The Ministry of Labour is investigating. – thestar.com
