Crane Accident: Meskill, Wash.

As state transportation crews were removing sections from a Chehalis River bridge, a 30-ton truck-mounted crane tipped, injuring three. As the crane was lifting a 572-pound section of the pre-fab truss ridge, it fell over. Injuries were minor; the WSDOT Safety Office and the Department of Labor and Industries are investigating. —www.king5.com
