Crane Accident: Kingston, Ontario

A crane lifting a sailboat out of the water at a marina tipped over, crushing the boat being lifted, and damaging at least two other boats as it fell to the ground. The operator was shaken up in the incident, which the local police constable reported may have been the result of a failed outrigger.
