Crane Accident: Juneau, Alaska

Authorities recovered the body of a crane operator crushed to death by a toppled 25-ton barge crane. As the crane collapsed, the operator tried to jump out of the machine, but was crushed. The body of the 75-year-old victim was trapped underneath the crane for a full day before the machine could be moved off of him. OSHA is investigating. — newstribune.com
