Crane Accident: Jacksonville, Fla.

A crane operator, hired to dismantle an old crane, was killed at Talleyran Marine Terminal when pieces of the machine he was removing for scrap crashed into the cab of the crane he was operating. OSHA is investigating the collapse. The Florida-Times Union
