Crane Accident: Hanover, N.H.

March 2012 - A construction worker died from head injuries after a crane's weight ball knocked over his scissor lift. The tipover caused the worker to fall about 15 feet before hitting his head on steel beams and the concrete floor. The worker was in the lift to help erect steel beams at a hotel construction site. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died after about 15 hours. OSHA is investigating. - www.thedartmouth.com
