Crane Accident: Fall River, Mass.
September 2013—The fire department, the Coast Guard, and the Environmental Protection Agency responded when a rough-terrain crane tipped over at a marina in Fall River, Mass. The crane’s chassis stayed on the bank, but part of its telescopic boom landed in the water. Firefighters used a floating containment to catch any spilled oil or fuel.
