Crane Accident: Epping, N.H.

May 5, 2014—A tire blowout caused a truck crane to veer off of a highway and into the roadside woods, where it struck a tree. No one was injured, but traffic on the highway was snarled for about two hours while crews removed the crane. The accident happened when the crane’s right front tire blew out, causing the crane’s driver to lose control. The New Hampshire State Police are investigating. – www.fosters.com
