Construction Equipment Tradeshows Make Top 200

June 16, 2004 - Three tradeshows serving the construction equipment industry recently ranked in Tradeshow Week 200 , an annual compilation of the largest U.S. trade shows. Published by Tradeshow Week magazine, rank in the Top 200 is determined by net square feet of paid exhibit space and number of exhibiting companies. The listing crosses many markets and industries.

The International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition (ICUEE) topped the list at No. 2. ICUEE 2003 featured more than 1.1 million net square feet of exhibit space, 790-plus exhibitors, and more than 13,500 attendees. The next ICUEE will be held September 27-29, 2005, in Louisville, Ky.

The World of Concrete was ranked No. 17 and coming in at No. 81 was the American Rental Association's Rental Show.

And in years when ConExpo is on the schedule, it always ranks No. 1, says Carri Jensen, Editor of Directory Publications for Tradeshow Week . By far, the largest construction equipment event in the U.S. , the next ConExpo is slated for March 15-19, 2005 .
