Catalyst for Growth
Rome wasn’t built in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour.
That’s an adage I like to repeat and remind myself of, especially on those days when I have a million things on my to-do list and it just doesn’t seem like I’m making any headway. It also serves as a great reminder for all companies, regardless of the industry, that it may take time to achieve your desired growth, but if you keep plugging away, taking it one day at a time, you’ll get there.
Since Catalyst Communications Network acquired Heartland Communications Group in February 2023, we have been forming a network dedicated to empowering individuals, businesses and organizations. In addition to Crane Hot Line, we have several trade publications serving the agriculture, construction and industrial sectors, and it’s our goal to supply our readers with (insightful and sometimes entertaining) information that will assist them in achieving the success they’re striving for.
With that, we are excited to announce the appointment of Olga Dubinok as a consultant specializing in business development within our construction group (Contractors Hot Line, Crane Hot Line and Lift & Access). With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Dubinok brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driving business growth and fostering valuable industry relationships.
Her primary focus will be to consult construction companies on their communication goals, identifying opportunities where we can bolster their efforts.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Olga to the Catalyst team,” said Shae McBride, CEO of Catalyst Communications Network. “Her extensive knowledge and passion for the construction industry make her an invaluable addition to our organization, and we are confident that, with her guidance, she will elevate Catalyst’s presence and provide targeted support to companies within the industry.”
Dubinok is certainly no stranger to the crane industry. Previously she served in key business development roles for prominent companies such as Zoomlion North America, The Crane Club, Crane-Trader — a Sandhills Global company — and CraneNetwork. Her experience includes developing and executing marketing strategies, fostering client relationships and driving sales growth in the North American market.
Dubinok will concurrently provide business development and growth support for MYCRANE, the world’s first global platform for online crane rental. Additionally, she currently serves on the Educational Assistance Committee of Specialized Carriers & Rigging Foundation (SC&RF), a non-profit organization where she actively engages in supporting workforce development and providing educational assistance for qualified candidates.
“Becoming a part of this industry, with its passionate individuals, nurturing relationships, embracing humanity and witnessing exceptional work ethics, has truly transformed my life,” Dubinok said. “I am forever thankful to my network of trusted relationships and lifelong friendships for their continuous support and endorsement.”
