February 2, 2005—Rolls Scaffold & High Reach Equipment Inc., Ventura, Calif., acquired Rusmar High Lift Rental in January. With the integration of the new facility in Long Beach, Rolls now operates three locations. Terms of the sale, which was brokered by Hageman, Stansberry & Associates, were not disclosed.
