January 12, 2005—Elliott Equipment Co., Omaha, Neb., announces the introduction of its new 32-ton capacity boom truck, the largest crane in its product line. Designated as the 32105, this crane features a 105-foot-long, four-section boom with a maximum tip height of 115 feet.

The 32105 incorporates several exclusive, patent pending features to increase productivity. The Ride-Around operator control platform (Pat. Pend.) provides optimal viewing during the full 360° boom operation. The Thumb Throttle engine speed control (Pat. Pend.) eliminates the foot throttle and allows the operator to keep both feet securely on the operator platform and control the speed of the load. Remote Winch Stow (Pat. Pend.) allows one person to stow the unit's block and hook after use.

According Jim Glazer, president of Elliott Equipment Co., “These features clearly demonstrate our focus on developing technology to make people's jobs easier, so they can concentrate on their business.”

The 32105 also features front- and rear-mount configurations, with the rider seat and cab also available in rear-mounted configuration, high-mounted boom pivot pin, load moment indicator system, a variety of jib lengths, platforms, and accessories, and a 12-month parts and labor warranty/5-year limited structural warranty.
