Ascent Lifting, Inc., has acquired Charleston-based Rigging & Marine Hardware (CRMH), marking the third acquisition for the distributor and fabricator of lifting and rigging products.
With 40 locations across the country, Ascent aims to expand its reach in the South Carolina market.
CRMH, a provider of industrial rigging products and safety solutions, operates two full-service branches in North Charleston and Columbia. The company serves key sectors such as defense, infrastructure, mining and manufacturing, offering crane services, fabrication and load testing capabilities.
