All Adds Nine New 35- to 80-USt Tadano RTs

Apr. 3, 2023 - With the market for rough-terrain (RT) cranes continuing to boom, the All Family of Companies, the largest privately held crane rental and sales operation in North America, is adding nine more to its rental fleet.

The new Tadano RTs range include two 35-USt GR-350XL, four 55-USt GR-550XL, and three 80-USt GR-800XL-4.

These versatile cranes are all two-axle cranes that provide maximum maneuverability and efficiency.

Their five-section, full-power telescoping booms make them ideal for doing many kinds of work throughout an entire project.

Maximum telescopic-boom lengths start at 101.7’ for the 35-ton units, go up to 113.9’ for the 55-ton models, and reach 154.2’ for the 80-ton cranes.

“These cranes are ideal for general construction, where there’s great need for work with concrete and rebar,” said Chad Rados, project coordinator for All. “They can easily fold up, come off outriggers, and move on to other tasks quickly and efficiently.”

All of those models have independent front and rear steering that lets them to maneuver in confined spaces, making them popular for plant outage work as well.

Engineered for maximum uptime, Tadano cranes are known for staying out of the service bay except for scheduled maintenance, according to an All spokesperson.

“We expect the high demand for RTs to continue, and these will be welcome additions to the fleet,” said Rados. “These units will have no problem finding work shortly after we take delivery.”

They will be deployed across the All Family’s 33 North American branches.
